*Dates are October 13, November 8th, 10th and 11th 

*Session is 15-20 minutes.

*The theme is Holiday Road, featuring a cozy vintage camper surrounded by snow, a little red trike topped with a snow-covered tree—evoking a scene straight out of Christmas Vacation. And I may or may not have a white robe, flapper cap, and an orange sewer line ready for the boys!

*Set up is for up to 3 children only, price is for one child only and $15 for each additional child up to three. 

*What to wear... a pair of jeans paired with a Christmas-colored shirt. Red, green, red and black plaid, or green and black plaid would be perfect for this scene..

*The Little Tikes car is designed for one child only, suitable for ages 6 months (if they can sit up) to 5 years old. Older children will need to sit next to the car.

*Five of your favorite digital images.

*The session is designed for sitters only, ranging from about 6 months to 10 years of age (not suitable for newborn babies). If you'd like to include a newborn or a baby who can't sit up yet, they must be held by a sibling aged 4-10 years old. Mini sessions do not provide enough time for soothing or posing a newborn, so if the baby is crying, I won’t be able to wait to soothe them.

*You may purchase all the digital files for $45.00

* Price is $195.00 + sales tax

• In order to secure your portrait session, please pay the online invoice (due upon receipt) which will be sent to you shortly, in the amount of $100.00 (retainer fee).
• Immediately upon receiving the retainer fee and signed contract, your date will be scheduled, and a confirmation email will be sent along with a tip sheet.  Please keep in mind that if I do not receive the retainer fee your appointment time will be up for grabs by someone else.
• If for any reason you need to cancel your session, please inform AAP by phone or email within 24 hours prior to your session.  If you decide to cancel your session the $100.00 retainer fee is non-refundable. 

What are mini sessions?

Christmas mini sessions last around 15-20 minutes and are a perfect little taster of what it's like to have professional studio portraits taken.

This set up is for children only and they must be sitting up with little assistance. The age range is usually from 6 months on up to 10 years old. 

Where does the session take place?

In our climate controlled professional studio. Our studio is located in the One O’Connor building at 101 West Goodwin, Suite 1104.  Please park in the parking garage on the first floor or preferably the bridge level. It is easiest to park on the bridge level, especially on a Saturday since no one is working and there should be enough parking spots. IF you park on the first floor take the elevator in the parking garage to the 3rd floor. If you book for a Saturday appointment, the building is locked on Saturday so someone will be waiting for you at the glass double doors on the bridge level to let you in:)

What is the timeline like on a mini session day?

Please arrive dressed and ready to go AND please make sure you are on time! I have several shoots lined up this day (allow enough time for parking and arriving at the studio...about 15-20 minutes). If you arrive not dressed, your session will still only last 15-20 minutes from your scheduled time. Tardiness will result in reduced shooting time, which will result in less images presented. I cannot allow for time extensions on mini sessions because this will cut into the shooting time of the next clients session. 

Because these sessions are shorter than a full session, there is no time for additional outfit changes.

What happens after your Christmas mini session?

You will receive a proofing gallery within 7-14 business days after your shoot. Here is where you will pick your 5 favorite images for editing and to be used on the card. Please pick these five images in a timely manner so I can have the cards ready for pick up the week of Thanksgiving!
